50 Years Photographing
A bag sewn from the skin of a freshly killed walrus (Tukhtyk), is filled with fresh walrus meat. It will be buried under stones & left to ferment for several months. This fermented walrus meat is a local Yupik Eskimo delicacy known as 'Iqway'. Sireniki, Providensky Region, Chukotka, Russian Far East.
